Scott Delea
Scott currently is the SVP and GM of eMarketing Services, DigitalGrit Inc. He plays a pivotal role
in helping the company enhance and expand its interactive marketing and website management services for
mid- to large size corporate clients. Scott heads up the eMarketing Services Group, directing a talented
team of marketing and technology professionals who develop and deploy new and innovative online marketing
solutions that can achieve measurable ROI.
Success in the world of business is as important to Scott as his ability to make a positive impact
on society. Scott provides leadership to a number of charitable causes. He is a founding board member of
the Something Great Foundation, Inc. (www.somethinggreat.org),
Founder of Party With Purpose, Inc. (www.partywithpurpose.org), and sits on the Board of Trustees of the
Hudson County Boys and Girls Club.
In his spare time, Scott mentors a NYC high school student attending the High School for Leadership and
Public Service located in lower Manhattan. Scott is a graduate of Syracuse University with a BS degree.
He lives in Hoboken, NJ.

Robert S. Cosgrove
Bob is an attorney with over 14 years experience. Bob practices general law.
He previously worked with the firm Durkin & Durkin in litigation. Bob plays a key role in all
legal and business matters pertaining to Party With Purpose.
Bob was elected Councilman in Highlands, NJ where he served for 4 years. He is a graduate
of Bucknell University and went to law school at Widener University. When Bob is not working,
he enjoys running, traveling, playing golf and tennis. He lives and works in Hoboken, NJ.

Ray Beharry
Ray is a Marketing Product Manager working for Oticon Inc., an international healthcare firm in
New Jersey, where he develops marketing programs for advanced digital products.
Ray has a broad spectrum in marketing that he brings to Party With Purpose.
He has been involved with numerous charities over the years, such as Habitat for Humanity,
Big Brother/Big Sisters, The Salvation Army, Toys for Tots, and Taproot Foundation. He
graduated with a B.S. from Rutgers University and is currently working towards his MBA
and Graduate Certificate in Marketing. Ray resides in Hoboken, NJ.

Rowena B. Lee
Rowena is the Marketing Manager at Metro Creative Graphics where she creates the product designs for
their newspaper advertising services and the print and electronic marketing collateral production.
She currently lives in the East Village in downtown Manhattan. Rowena is a passionate piano player and media
enthusiast. She graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo with a BA. With her creative
instincts and marketing background, she is an invaluable asset to Party With Purpose.

Deirdre Hogan
A native New Yorker, Deirdre grew up in Westchester County and has lived and worked in
Manhattan since graduating college in 1990. After graduating from Providence College, she ran a
corporate child-care center in the World Trade Center. Deirdre then decided to get her MBA, so
she went back to school at Fordham Business School for a master’s in Finance and Marketing. She
currently works at Reuters America, Inc. as a Sales/Account Manager.

Jill Tamucci
Jill grew up in Westchester County and now resides in Manhattan. She works for Lampe Conway & Co,
LLC, a distressed hedge fund located in midtown. Jill has lived in the New York City/Hoboken area for
the past 5 years. As a local resident, she finds the best locations for the events that PWP sponsors.
She graduated from the University of Maryland with a BA in Communications. Jill enjoys yoga, dance
and spending time with her family and friends.

Lori Greene
Lori works for the American Cancer Society and understands the importance of making
philanthropy attractive and accessible to young professionals. Lori lives in Hoboken,
New Jersey and is an active participant in local activities. She is a member of the
United Synagogue of Hoboken, the Hoboken Women’s Association and on the Advisory Council
for the Boys & Girls Club of Hoboken. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from Union College
in Schenectady, NY and is working towards her certificate in Fundraising from New York
University. When she’s not raising money for charities, Lori enjoys outdoor activities
and spending time with friends and family.

Alison DeSena
As a Senior Account Executive at Jericho Communications, Alison DeSena has valuable
knowledge and expertise in media relations, print and broadcast journalism. At Jericho Communications
she deals with daily outreach to the media, writes press materials, oversees accounts,
while maintaining strong daily relations with her clients. Alison’s ambition and drive
will help PWP to be a well-known entity with charities. She graduated from Lynchburg
College in 1995 with a BA degree in Communications. In her spare time, Alison enjoys running,
skiing and socializing with friends. She resides in Hoboken, NJ.

Kevin P. Fay
Over the past 18 years Kevin has built a successful practice as a Financial Advisor with major investment firm. He is responsible for creating and implementing wealth building and wealth preservation strategies for individuals, families, and business owners. Kevin is a graduate of Montclair State University, and has completed the Certified Financial Planner ™ course at Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck.
Kevin’s role with Party With Purpose is to promote PWP, and the charities it represents, giving area residents,
business owners, and corporations an opportunity to become a sponsor or donate to the charities. Kevin has lived in Hoboken for 10 years.
