Disclaimer: The Bearer and/or Purchaser of this bracelet voluntarily assumes all risk and danger of personal injury (including death) or property loss or damage of any kind, and all hazards arising from, or related to in any way to the activities, in whole or in part, for which this bracelet is issued, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the Rock for Charity event ("the Event"). Bearer and/or Purchaser waives and releases all claims arising from any such injury against Party With Purpose, Inc. and its directors, members, officers, representatives, successors and assigns. Bearer and/or Purchaser acknowledges that his/her image and likeness may be freely used by Party With Purpose, Inc. as part of any transmission, reproduction or display of all or any part of the Event.
